REDESIGN embodies the art of working with what you have, as much as possible, from furnishings to accessories. Some items may be upgraded or refurbished and additional pieces purchased to complete the look. Appropriate re-arrangement of furniture, accessories and finishing touches, creates a more enjoyable and inviting space. It gives your home a well-deserved facelift.

STAGING is the process of preparing a property for sale to ensure that its appeal is maximised in order to reach the broadest range of buyers and secure good offers, quickly. These days your property has competition in the form of new development show homes as well as rival listings. Statistically, staged homes spend less time on the open market and they also sell for higher prices. Over 85% of homes are initially viewed on-line, so your home’s visual appeal is an essential tool in attracting your prospective buyers to come and experience your property for real.
Our unique professional staging services incorporating our Healthy Home Techniques, range from simple de-cluttering and cleaning to creating an attractive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. You never get a second chance to make a first impression!
HEALTHY HOME CONSULTATIONS provide a personal survey to analyse the energies present in your environment and if problems are found, we can block, transform or redirect the energies as appropriate. As all locations are unique, they each require an individual approach designed to meet the needs of that location. As you may be aware, Geopathic Stress (GS) lines occur across the surface of the Earth and are associated with geomagnetic anomalies created by the presence of flowing underground water, faults, fissures and subterranean cavities. Additionally, major earth works such as road and building construction have the same impact. The energies penetrate the floors and walls of buildings and affect you in different ways.
For example, what happens when you enter a room? Our first impression happens within the first minute of being there. We automatically process information through our senses and evaluate the space, although many of us are not aware of the influence the energy around us has on the way we feel. However, it is one of the determining factors at play when we get that first impression. We all know that if we don't feel good in a certain place, we simply don't want to be there.

FEES
Our consultations for colour, redesign or GS are $75 per hour. Our Personal Shopper fee is $35 per hour.
Staging fees are based on property size, less than 2000 sq ft = $199, 2-4000 sq ft = $249 and greater than 4000 sq ft = $349. This price includes consultation, detailed report and follow-up visit prior to showing for those all-important before and after shots.
Our activity fees for Home Staging, Redesign or de-cluttering/organising are $55 per hour.

~ About Heather ~Heather emigrated from the UK to Ottawa in 2007 with a long history involving paint! A diploma in Interior Design, a wealth of experience in painting and decorating plus refinishing and refurbishing furniture are now fused with an interest in Colour Therapy and stained glass to ably assist the client in colouring their world.
~ About Kay ~Kay emigrated from the UK to Ottawa in 2008 and has a varied background in Home Staging, Redesign and Feng Shui.She has dicovered that Feng Shui blends effectively with both Staging and Redesign to help the client create a living space which both looks and feels good. Her work in Feng Shui has led to an interest in Geopathic Stress and its effects on the energy quality of the home environment. This is relevant both in terms of creating a healthy home and also maximising a buyer's positive experience of a home's energy - the 'feel' of the home - during viewings.
